(1) 信用卡及簽帳金融卡
我們提供信用卡及簽帳金融卡方式結帳，我們使用的金流服務為EcPay綠界金流綠界金流，請於結帳頁面選擇EcPay綠界金流，網站將自動導入刷卡頁面。
(2) 銀行轉帳
我們提供銀行轉帳方式結帳，銀行帳戶於訂單完成後顯示，轉帳時請備註訂單編號或聯絡我們，我們將於收到款項後出貨。 - 海外用戶
Paypal
我們串接Paypal供海外人士結帳，海外人士結帳時請選擇Paypal，網站將自動導入Paypal付款頁面。
物流方式
- 台灣用戶
(1) 711店到店
如欲以711超商店到店寄件，請於結帳時物流選擇711店到店，並選擇寄件711分店，物流工作日約2~3天。
(2) 中華郵政
如需商品寄件至收件人地址，請於結帳選擇中華郵政，我們將掛號/包裹寄至提供的地址，郵局寄件工作日約2~3天。 - 外籍用戶
(1)中華郵政
我們僅透過郵政系統寄件至國外地區，所有包裹皆含物流追蹤碼，物流需時約1至2週。
包裝方式
- 書籍、服飾、吊飾等週邊商品
所有書籍、服飾、吊飾等週邊商品皆以氣泡紙/白報紙包覆，並以紙箱外加防水袋包裝寄送。 - 原畫及海報
(1)原畫及海報尺寸A4或小於A4不含框，均硬厚紙板及氣泡紙/白報紙包覆，並以紙箱外加防水袋包裝寄送。
(2)原畫及海報尺寸大於A4尺寸均含框氣泡紙/白報紙包覆，並以紙箱外加防水袋包裝寄送。
PAYMENT METHODS
1. Taiwan Customers
(1) Credit Card / Debit Card
We accept credit and debit card payments through ECPay. Please select ECPay at checkout, and the website will redirect you to the card payment page.
(2) Bank Transfer
We accept bank transfer payments. The bank account information will be shown after the order is placed. Please include your order number in the transfer note or contact us. We will ship the order after payment is received.
2. Overseas Customers
PayPal
We accept PayPal payments for overseas customers. Please select PayPal at checkout, and the website will redirect you to the PayPal payment page.
SHIPPING METHODS
1. Taiwan Customers
(1) 7-Eleven Store Pickup
For 7-Eleven store-to-store delivery, please select this option at checkout and choose your preferred 7-Eleven branch. Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days.
(2) Chunghwa Post
For delivery to a recipient address, please select Chunghwa Post at checkout. We will ship by registered mail or parcel to the provided address. Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days.
2. Overseas Customers
(1) Chunghwa Post
We ship overseas orders only through the postal system. All parcels include tracking numbers. Delivery usually takes 1–2 weeks.
PACKAGING
1. Books, Clothing, Accessories, and Other Merchandise
All books, clothing, accessories, and other merchandise will be wrapped with bubble wrap or packing paper, then packed in a cardboard box with a waterproof outer bag.
2. Original Artworks and Posters
(1) A4 Size or Smaller, Without Frame
Original artworks and posters in A4 size or smaller are shipped unframed. They will be protected with thick cardboard and bubble wrap or packing paper, then packed in a cardboard box with a waterproof outer bag.
(2) Larger Than A4, With Frame
Original artworks and posters larger than A4 size are shipped with a frame. They will be wrapped with bubble wrap or packing paper, then packed in a cardboard box with a waterproof outer bag.
