退換貨條款RETURN POLICY

  1. 重大瑕疵或毀損商品
    所有商品均為新品,出貨時皆拍照留影。若您收到重大瑕疵或是毀損的商品,請於收到商品後7日內聯繫我們,我們將安排退款或換貨服務,商品退回的運費由我們支付,逾期概不受理。
  2. 錯誤的商品
    當收到錯誤的商品,請於收到商品後7日內聯繫我們,我們將儘速安排換貨,並請將錯誤的商品寄回給我們,退回商品的運費由我們支付,逾期概不受理。
  3. 退款
    我們將於取回商品、收到退回商品或解除服務契約通知之次日起15日內,返還已支付之對價。
  4. 進口商品可能含微小瑕疵
    國外進口之商品經長途運輸過程,可能產生微小瑕疵,若不影響商品價值及使用,將不適用退換貨條款。我們保有決定商品退是否符合換貨標準之最終權利。
  5. 包裹運輸途中遺失
    請注意我們不負擔包裹運送途中毀損或遺失之責任。我們的商品均全球遞送,所有商品皆妥善包裝出貨並含物流追蹤碼,若遲未收到商品請聯繫我們,我們將協助確認出貨進程及物流進度。
  1. Major Defects or Damaged Products
    All products are new and photographed before shipment. If you receive a product with major defects or damage, please contact us within 7 days after receiving it. We will arrange a refund or exchange, and we will cover the return shipping fee. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

  3. Refunds
    We will refund the amount paid within 15 days from the day after we retrieve the product, receive the returned product, or receive the notice of service contract cancellation.
  4. Minor Imperfections on Imported Products
    Imported products may have minor imperfections due to long-distance transportation. If such imperfections do not affect the value or use of the product, they are not eligible for return or exchange. We reserve the final right to determine whether a product qualifies for return or exchange.
  5. Shipping Damage or Loss
    Please note that we are not responsible for damage or loss during shipping. All products are carefully packed and shipped worldwide with tracking numbers. If you have not received your package, please contact us, and we will assist in checking the shipping and delivery status.
